- Cleaning fee: $135
- Security deposit: varies with the reservation rate
- One assigned gated parking space included; an extra space is $100/month
- Electric allowance: $70 for stays of 3+ weeks
- Pets considered by approval only. Pet fee $150–$250 and pet deposit $150–$250
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required for every reservation
